What We Collect
Registration details (name, contact, organisation), payment details (processed by Razorpay — VBC does not store card numbers), and, where a public profile is created, the enrichment details described in the Digital Legacy Pages system.
How We Use It
- To create and manage your My VBC account and bookings
- To issue e-tickets, invoices and certificates
- To build your public Digital Legacy Page, where applicable, per the manual-enrichment process
- To send event-related communication (confirmations, schedule changes, waitlist notices)
Third-Party Processors
Razorpay (payment processing), the website hosting/WooCommerce provider, and email delivery services. Data is not sold to third parties.
Your Rights
You can request an update to your public profile via the ‘Request an Update’ button in My VBC, and can contact support for access, correction or deletion requests.
